Jade Global announces the appointment of 30 year veteran technology consulting executive as Chief Customer Officer

Jade Global, a Global IT Services firm, today announced that Karin Maday, a technology consulting veteran who was previously Managing Director at Bearing Point and Regional Vice President at Oracle, has been named as Chief Customer Officer (CCO).
Karin comes with rich experience from Oracle Corporation and BearingBoint/KPMG. She was the West Regional VP of Commercial Services, at Oracle Corporation and managed a $75M Oracle Consulting business in the West, including Western Canada and US. She worked directly with client executive teams to define strategic use of Oracle products and establish governance models to effectively implement the strategies. Prior to that Karin was instrumental in building a High-Tech practice at KPMG/BE where she spent 10 years as a Partner and Managing Director. During her career she engaged with many well-known customers such as JDS Uniphase, SGI, Motorola, Stryker Endoscopy, Wind River, Cisco, Visa, Electronic Arts selling and delivering Oracle services.
Reporting to Karan Yaramada, President and CEO, Jade Global, Karin´s responsibilities as CCO will include acquiring new customers, growing existing customers, and accelerating overall company growth while enhancing customer experience throughout the life cycle starting from the very first contact. She will oversee all activities related to customer sales and delivery, including the sales team, the Business Units and the Delivery Team.
