“You Can Cure Your Depression” is a book that allows readers to “take charge of their health”
“You Can Cure Your Depression,” by Dr. Blair B. Masters, is a book meant to enhance one´s life through taking a natural approach to healthcare and curing depression.
“You Can Cure Your Depression” is all about how an individual fighting depression can take control of their illness by applying the methods introduced in the book to their daily lives.
Dr. Masters conveys in “You Can Cure Your Depression” that although medication can sometimes help improve the symptoms of depression, using holistic techniques will do more to improve the cause of depression.
“I tell people to ask themselves, ℠Is it a good idea to block natural processes in your body for temporary symptom relief,´” Dr. Masters said. “That is essentially what drugs are doing.”
Anxiety disorders are the most common mental illness in the U.S., affecting 40 million adults in the United States age 18 and older, according to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America. However, only about one-third of those suffering receive treatment.
Dr. Masters encourages sufferers to seek a natural way to heal depression.
“Natural methods are by definition ℠natural´ and when you restore your body to its natural state, by supplying needed nutrition, then the body heals on its own,” Dr. Masters said.
More Americans suffer from depression than coronary heart disease, cancer, and HIV/AIDS, according to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
“You Can Cure Your Depression” is a short book and, along with outlining a method to cure ones depression, explains the science of depression in a comprehensible way. The book is available on Amazon for $3.79 and will be available for free for a five-day period beginning on Jan. 19, 2013.
