Each project has its own constraints and issues! SensioLabsSupport fits with all projects, regardless their scale, their objectives or their issues, by splitting its offer into 3 different packs: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
Although the 3 packs tend to cover the same technical area — maintenance on Symonfy1 and 2, bug fix patches related to security vulnerability or updates, support on Twig, Silex, Swift Mailer and Symfony2 bundles, etc. — their differences lie in the level of service that each of them offers :
- Bronze pack, essential for a correct handling: a support by email, a response delay between 1 and 7 days depending on the severity of the request, a number of support tickets limited to 3 per year.
- Silver pack, more option for more serenity: a support by phone or chat on option, a response delay between 3 hours and 5 days, a number of support tickets limited to 3 per year.
- Gold pack, the more advanced SensioLabs support: a multicanal support included in the pack, a dedicated SensioLabsSupport manager, priority bug fix patches, support on additional software (Doctrine, Propel, Varnish“¦), a response delay between 1 hour and 2 days.
The 3 packs are also available in 3 different languages — French, English and German — to allow anyone to benefit of tailor-made response in the language of one´s choice.
