Reliability Conference Kicks off April 8 in Las Vegas

April 3, 2013

Reliabilityweb.com’s conference for maintenance reliability professionals begins Monday.

Fort Myers, FL (PRWEB) April 03, 2013

Reliability 2.0, a conference focusing on maintenance reliability, will be April 8-12 at the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa in Las Vegas. The conference will provide information and expertise that supports high-performance reliability using reliability-centered maintenance, asset condition management, reliability engineering for maintenance, and more.

The keynote speaker will be Dave Logan, co-author of Tribal Leadership and Three Laws of Performance. Logan will also present a short course designed to improve team performance. According to Logan, an organization is composed of tribes–naturally occurring groups of 20 to 150 people. Until now, only a few leaders could identify and develop their tribes, and those rare individuals were rewarded with loyalty, productivity, and industry-changing innovation. In this highly interactive session, Logan shows leaders how to assess, identify, and upgrade their tribes´ cultures, one stage at a time. The result is an organization that can thrive in any economy.

The conference also features a lively discussion led by Terrence O´Hanlon, owner and CEO of Reliabilityweb.com, to develop a new paradigm about the role of asset managers and maintenance reliability professionals in reducing the capital expenditure to the operational excellence value bleed.

The conference offers more than 70 sessions by leading reliability experts providing a wide range of information. Industry leaders will present best practices, checklists, key topics and trends, as well as in-depth training. For more information about the conference, visit http://maintenanceconference.com/r2/.
