“The integration of AssureID into Jolly’s Event Track and Lobby Track are important milestones for AssureTec,” said AssureTec President and Chief Operating Officer Stephen Maloney. “Jolly’s visitor and event management software are world class and the integration will allow document authentication to enhance security and business process applications.”
“An identity document is a vital component of Jolly’s visitor and event registration solutions. AssureTec techniques and scanning have proven to be fast and extremely accurate, making them an ideal complement to our solutions. They have been expertly designed to address challenges in the commercial and government sectors, where authentication and/or accurately reading of an ID document is a crucial part of the business process,” noted Jolly President and CEO Sandeep Jolly.
Jolly Technologies’ Lobby Track visitor management application, combined now with AssureTec’s document authentication software, AssureID, can provide customers with a seamless, accurate and reliable solution for the monitoring of visitors. With Lobby Track, registration of visitors can be completed with a kiosk or attended desk, customers can screen visitors that may be on watch lists, automatically notify host of visitor’s arrival, as well as maintain detailed logs of visit schedules. With AssureID embedded into Lobby Track application, data from a visitor’s driver’s license can be pulled and parsed into existing workflow processes, allowing for accurate data extraction and authentication.
