Mallard Creek Polymers Announces Price Increase

January 31, 2014

MCP's latex products prices will increase beginning March 1, 2014.

Charlotte, NC (PRWEB) January 31, 2014

Effective March 1, 2014, Mallard Creek Polymers, Inc. will increase prices for all latex products by 3% to 6% for all markets.

This increase applies to all chemistries, including styrene-butadiene, styrene-acrylic, all acrylic, vinyl acetate based products, and thickeners and all trademarks, namely BarrierPro®, Rovene®, Tychem®, Tykote®, and Tylac®. The exact increase for each customer is dependent on chemistry and market and will be advised by the customer’s respective salesperson or sales manager.

This price increase is being driven by regular monthly increases in cost, both absorbed and expected, of many major raw materials from late 2013 through the first half of 2014.
