A new book, titled ‘Created for Wholeness – the science, religion and astrology of knowing yourself and living in harmony' offers solutions to help someone know who they are (self-identity) and achieve a life of wholeness. Wholeness is being healthy, at ease, complete, well-balanced, in abundance with creation, self-harmonized, emotionally stable and self-controlled.
One of the mysteries in life is how everyone is created with uniqueness and purpose for which many lack an understanding of. We are made up of a unique body, mind, and personality that if fully understood, can allow individuals to live more harmoniously.
According to Dr. Andrew, Ph. D., two key problems plague people.
First, individuals lack awareness of their divided self. In order to be on the path to being more whole, people must first be aware that their divided self consists of 7 parts: body self, personality self, ego-mind or false self, subconscious self (memories, habits), unconscious mind (hidden self), executive self (soul) and higher self (spirit).
Second, people are not aware that they are created to be a well-integrated self. Once they are aware of this potential, they have the ability to evolve from a divided self into a whole self.
“Without being aware of these things, a person repeats negative patterns of behavior. For example, many people want to live a happier, more blissful life yet they may inadvertently indulge in lifestyles and choice patterns that move them away from the happiness they desire,” says Dr. Andrew.
Having the tools to overcome or avoid these two problems will allow people to achieve self-knowledge, use their strengths and talents, and overcome their weaknesses for an integrated whole self.
According to Dr. Andrew, author of Created for Wholeness, “In a fast-paced and increasingly troubled world, it is not a herculean undertaking to live a life of wholeness. Frankly, the majority of men and women today, even those with the trappings of success, are seeking a happier, healthier, more whole life. They just need the tools and permission to do it.”
Dr. Andrew is available for radio, TV and Press interviews to educate your listeners, viewers and readers.
