Flintknapping at North Museum

The North Museum of Natural History and Science, 400 College Ave., will host a demonstration on ancient techniques to shape flint and other rocks into building tools – or flintknapping – during a Family Science Sunday program from 1 to 2: 30 p.m. this Sunday.
The demonstration by Jim Stutzman is included in the museum’s admission, which is $7 for adults and $6 for children ages 3-12. Family Science Sunday, sponsored by the Dart Foundation, is held the first Sunday of each month.
