Government Offices Closed Monday for Veterans Day

In observance of Veterans Day, all county, Orange Park, Green Cove Springs and Penney Farms administrative offices will be closed Monday. All public libraries will also be closed. Fire, police and rescue services will be fully staffed to answer calls for assistance.

There will be no garbage/trash or recycling picked up in Orange Park on Monday. Monday’s garbage route will be picked up Tuesday. Monday’s recycling route will be picked up Nov. 19.

Garbage, trash and recycling will be picked up Tuesday in Penney Farms. There are no changes in garbage, trash and recycling in Green Cove Springs and Keystone Heights.

Advanced Disposal Services, BFI and Southland Waste will operate normal schedules. All commerical routes will run as normal. Have your garbage/trash/recycle placed at curbside no later than 7 a.m. on the designated day.
