An Indonesian military plane crashed in bad weather into the sea off Aceh province Sunday, killing four officers.
Rescue crews were searching the waters for three missing officers also aboard the flight bound for Medan, the Jakarta Post reported.
The small jet reportedly developed engine trouble and was forced to turn around.
It was headed back to the airfield on the island of Sabang when the pilot attempted an emergency landing in the sea, the Post said.
