The funeral for Charlotte M. Seick (nee Walter), 77, will begin at 9: 30 a.m. today, at the Meadows Funeral Home, 3615 Kirchoff Road (1/2 block east of Route 53), Rolling Meadows, then proceed to St. Colette Church for a Mass at 10 a.m. Entombment will be in All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines. Visitation was from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home. Born June 24, 1930, in Chicago, to the late Otto and Edna Walter, she died Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2008, at her home. Charlotte had worked for Illinois Bell for over 30 years as a supervisor, and was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America. She was the wife of William; stepmother of Kathryn (Thomas) Sedgwick, George (Alicia) and Thomas Seick and Margaret (William) Schickler; grandmother of David (Esther), Brian (Jenny) Sedgwick, Mary, Ryan (Brett), Colleen Seick, and Megan and Melissa Schickler; great-grandmother of Payton and Justin Sedgwick; and sister of Joann Schlagheck.
