Celebrating Einstein’s Birthday
April 24, 2008
By FRANCES BYERS
MARCH 14th was Albert Einstein’s 129th birthday! To celebrate the birth of the great scientist our school spent a week exploring science and having fun through science.
It was a whole school event where we all did different experiments and activities.
Years 7 and 8 had a really exciting time making explosions! Year 9 planned a memorial garden. Other classes experimented with chromatography, acids and alkalis and solids and liquids.
We all had a great time and learned a lot about science.
