Global Water Resources Files Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering

PHOENIX, May 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Water Resources, LLC ("Global Water") announced today that Global Water Resources, Inc., a holding company formed by Global Water to effect an initial public offering, has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") related to the public offering of Global Water Resources, Inc.'s common stock. Global Water intends to apply to list the common stock of Global Water Resources, Inc. on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. All of the shares of common stock to be sold in the offering will be offered by Global Water Resources, Inc. The offering and the establishment of a corporate holding company structure are subject to the approval of the Arizona Corporation Commission.

Janney Montgomery Scott LLC is acting as the sole book-runner and lead manager for this offering.

A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the SEC but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold, nor may offers to buy be accepted, prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
