Partnership Could Build Trail From Cheyenne to Rocky Mountain Park

CHEYENNE - The city of Cheyenne did not buy the Belvoir Ranch to conserve open space.
But the 17,000-acre property just southwest of the city provides an opportunity for just that, as well as for outdoor recreation.
It also creates a chance to partner with Colorado for conservation that crosses state lines. Indeed, the partnership one day could tie Cheyenne, via trails, all the way to Rocky Mountain National Park near Estes Park, Colo.
