New Science Building Proposed for Jesuit High School in Beaverton
By Report
A new, two-story science education building has been proposed for Jesuit High School in Beaverton.
The high school’s original science building would be renovated and become the school’s administrative center. An existing building would be removed to make space for the new science building.
The new science building is proposed to be 42 feet high and would require approval to exceed the 30-foot building height limit of the school’s office/commercial zone.
The science building is located in the southwestern portion of the Jesuit campus on 9000 S.W. Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway, in Beaverton. A development hearing on the proposal will be held on Oct. 1 at 6:30 p.m. at Beaverton City Council.
