Russia to Spend Over 16 Billion Rubles on Chemical, Bio Security in Three Years
MOSCOW. Sept 18 (Interfax-AVN) – A draft three-year budget assigns over 16 billion rubles for Russian chemical and biological security, a lower house source told Interfax-AVN.
“This is a provision of the draft federal budget for 2009 and the period of 2010-2011 submitted to the State Duma,” the source said.
Five billion rubles will be assigned for Russian chemical and biological security in 2009; the allocations will amount to 5.4 billion rubles in 2010 and about 6 billion rubles in 2011, he said.
The federal program of chemical and biological security is valid for 2009-2013.
