CMAI Hires William J. Cherney As Global Resources Manager

HOUSTON, Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ — Chemical Market Associates, Inc. (CMAI) is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. William J. Cherney, SPHR, in the role of Global Resources Manager. In this role, Bill will manage all global resources activities: Human Resources, Facilities Resources and IT Resources, optimizing the benefits, policies and related programs for the entire company.

Bill is certified as an SPHR(R) (Senior Professional in Human Resources) by the “Human Resources Certification Institute” and has been involved in domestic and international HR and organizational management functions for over 28 years. During his career Bill has also been responsible for establishing and developing a company’s IT division in this region which specialized in systems integration, network management and development related to the information technology fields, including the development of contracts and out-sourced staffing of the information technology function. Recently other companies’ IT departments, including network administration, help desks and network architecture designers, were under his responsibilities. Bill is a graduate of Slippery Rock University, Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration/Management.
