New York Attorney General to Announce Agreement With Major National Energy Company to Disclose Financial Risk of Climate Change to Investors

WHAT: News conference featuring former Vice President Al Gore to announce New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo's second binding and enforceable agreement with a major national energy company, Dynegy, requiring disclosure of financial risks that climate change poses to its investors. Attorney General Cuomo and Vice President Gore will discuss this agreement and the importance of this industry-wide precedent, both in terms of corporate transparency and responsibility, and the effort to fight global warming.
