Dog to sniff out tigers in Cambodia

Conservationists are sending a trained dog to Cambodia to sniff out any tigers that remain in the country's Seima Biodiversity Conservation Area.
The Wildlife Conservation Society and the conservation group Panthera are spending more than $28,000 to send Maggie, a wire-haired German pointer trained in Russia's far east, to sniff for tiger droppings in north eastern Cambodia, The Daily Telegraph reported Friday. A second dog will arrive later in the year.
A tiger paw print was spotted in the region in 2007, the report said
