Lawry’s brand fajitas seasoning recalled
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration says the Lawry’s brand of fajitas spices and seasonings is being recalled because of a labeling error.
The FDA said McCormick & Company Inc. initiated the voluntary recall because the spice packages might contain undeclared milk ingredients, posing a health hazard for people allergic to milk.
The products being recalled have a
best if used by date of
OCT0110PX62, and were distributed to grocery stores nationwide.
Company officials said consumers do not need to return the product. Instead, they are urged to contact Lawry’s Consumer Affairs team at 800-952-9797 to obtain a replacement or full refund.
