Jordan, Iraq to Sign Environment Protection Agreement

According to "Jordan Times", Jordan and Iraq will soon conclude a cooperation agreement on environment protection, Minister of Environment Khalid Irani said following talks with his visiting Iraqi counterpart Nermin Othman

. The Iraqi minister said her country needs concentrated efforts, coupled with Jordanian expertise, to chart plans and programs to address the deteriorating environmental situation in Iraq.
