Treasure Mills brownies recalled in Canada
People with milk allergies should avoid eating Treasure Mills-brand brownie bars, which are being recalled, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency warns.
The CFIA said Treasure Mills Inc. of Newmarket, Ontario, started the recall because the brownies contain milk that is not listed on the label, posing the risk of serious and even life-threatening reactions among people with allergies to milk proteins.
Being recalled are
Treasure Mills Allergen Sensitive School Safe Brownie Bars that were distributed across Canada.
The CFIA said there has been one reported allergic reaction to the product.
