August 17, 2009

The Eden Prairie, Minn., company said the frozen dinners might be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes bacteria, which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections.

The product is sold at Supervalu-owned stores, including Acme, Albertsons, Bigg’s, Cub Foods, Farm Fresh, Hornbacher’s, Jewel-Osco, Lucky, Shaw’s/Star Market, Shop ‘n Save and Shoppers Food & Pharmacy.

Customers who have purchased the recalled product can bring it back to the store for a refund or contact the company at 877-932-7948.
