Some Stater Bros. soup recalled in Calif.
The U.S. Food Safety and Inspection Service announced the recall of nearly 6,500 pounds of
Stater Bros. chunky sirloin steak with vegetables soup.
The FSIS said Bay Valley Foods LLC of Pittsburgh initiated the recall because of possible under-processing.
The recalled 18.6-ounce cans of Stater Bros.-brand,
Chunky Grilled Sirloin Steak with Vegetables ready to serve soup have a
Use By/Sell By date of
11/10/10, printed on top of each can.
The recalled soup was produced in November and distributed to retail establishments in California.
