Southern Union to Report 2Q Earnings and Host Investor Call/Webcast on August 9

Southern Union Company (NYSE:SUG) will report earnings for the second quarter ended June 30, 2005 before the market opens on Tuesday, August 9, 2005. At 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time that day, Southern Union will also host an investor call and webcast to discuss results and outlook.
