American Security Resources Enters Discussions to Acquire Proprietary Hydrogen Fuel Cell Technology Company

Joe Grace, President of American Security Resources Corporation (OTCBB:ARSC), announced today that ARSC has initiated discussions to acquire a company with patents pending for hydrogen fuel cells which can be used as energy sources for everything from power supplies on circuit boards to larger arrays for homes, hospitals, schools and office buildings. The fuel cells have wide application for emergency preparedness and homeland security, as well as military field operations that require self-contained modular energy sources. ARSC expects the discussions to lead to a Letter of Intent in the current quarter.
