Maryland Engineering Firm Hires New Project Manager
Loiederman Soltesz Associates Inc., a civil engineering firm specializing in land development, hired Kevin Vienneau as project manager for its environmental sciences team. Vienneau will serve as the environmental team’s liaison for the firm’s Southern Maryland offices in Waldorf and Leonardtown. He will help expand the firm’s geographic reach and environmental scope of services, which includes Critical Areas, forest conservation, wetland regulation, environmentally-related zoning and subdivision processes, surface mining, and stormwater management.
Loiederman Soltesz also hired Dong Zhaoas project manager in the firm’s Frederick office. Zhao will be responsible for managing a staff of engineers involved in all phases of large-scale land development projects to obtain agency approvals, project bonding and construction permits. He will also coordinate design efforts including surveying, engineering, tree stand delineations, traffic control and water resources engineering.
