LOUISIANA: S&U Tax: Exclusion Enacted for Purchases of Natural Gas

A Louisiana sales and use tax exclusion is enacted for purchases of natural gas to be held, used, or consumed in providing natural gas storage services or operating natural gas storage facilities. (Act 364 (H.B. 304), Laws 2005, effective June 30, 2005.)
