Rexam - Appointment

Graham Chipchase, Rexam's group finance director, will take up the newly created position of group director plastic packaging, responsible for the company's global beauty and pharmaceutical operations and plastic containers for food and beverages. Until a new group finance director is named Chipchase will take on both roles. Yves Dominioni, executive director for the beauty and pharma business, retires from the board but will stay in an advisory capacity until the end of 2006.
