Vietnam, China and Philippines Conduct Joint Survey Oneast Sea Oil and Gas

According to "VoV", Vietnam, China and the Philippines conducted a joint survey on fuel reserves in the East Sea. The Petrol Investment and Development Company (PIDC) from Vietnam, Oil and Gas Service Company (COS) from China and PNOCEC from the Philippines will collect 2-D and 3-D seism database on an area of 140,000 square metres in the sea during the next three years
. The project will conduct a number of surveys, including seism, data processing, and data interpretation, to identify whether the area has potential for oil and gas exploitation.Source: Info-Prod Research (Middle East)
