Diamo (Czech Republic), involved in uranium mining, could go on mining uranium at its mine in Dolni Rozinka, the Czech Republic, by 2008
. According to original plans, the mine should be closed as of 01 Jan 2006. The Ministry of the Industry and Trade wants to change it. The reason is the growth of the uranium price, which has tripled since 2003.Source: Access Czech Republic Business Bulletin
