Molecular Diagnostics, Inc. Announces Director and Officer Resignation

Molecular Diagnostics, Inc. (OTCBB: MCDG.OB) announced today that Denis M. O'Donnell, M.D. voluntarily stepped down as a Director, Chief Executive Officer and President, indicating his desire to be fully supportive with the Molecular shareholder's efforts at restructuring the company. His resignation was accepted by the Board of Directors.
Dr. O'Donnell also said he will be available to consult with Molecular on any business or legal matters as needed.
