KYIV. Sept 7 (Interfax) - Prices for oil products in Ukraine will grow by 8%-11% in September due to the price increase for Russian oil this month and the current trend towards growth in world oil prices, said Ukrainian Fuel and Energy Minister Ivan Plachkov.
"We cannot be isolated from the situation in Europe and the world," Plachkov said at a press conference in Kyiv on Tuesday. He added that domestic oil refineries bought oil for processing at $410- $420 per tonne in September, which is nearly twice the price at the beginning of the year.
