Gas Natural to Take Over Endesa

Gas Natural (GN) (Spain), natural gas company, plans to take over the power group Endesa (Spain). Endesa has a market value of about EUR 20 bil and is one of the largest power firms in Europe. GN has not submitted its offer yet. Its takeover efforts are not friendly.
