The start of the construction of the Sangtuda-1 hydroelectric power station [southern Tajikistan] has been postponed.
Our correspondent in Dushanbe reports that in line with an agreement signed between Tajikistan and Russia, the construction work was due to start in the coming days. However, because of some disagreements, which the Russian side says stem from their Tajik partners, the construction of the power station is delayed for another three months.
