Production of Brazilian Oil Company Petrobras Increased 9.3%

According to anba: Petrobras, the Brazilian oil giant increased its average oil and natural gas production by 9.3% in August in relation to the same month in 2004
. When compared to July, however, the production decreased by 2.4%. The company produced 2.2 million barrels of oil per day in Brazil and abroad. The greatest increase happened in the fields in the country. The company produced 1.96 million barrels per day in Brazil and 263,800 barrels in the other eight countries where it has operations.Source: Info-Prod Research (Middle East)
