Dynegy CEO to Participate in Merrill Lynch Global Power and Gas Leaders Conference

Bruce A. Williamson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dynegy Inc. (NYSE:DYN), will participate in a panel presentation and discussion at the Merrill Lynch Global Power and Gas Leaders Conference at 9:15 a.m. ET/8:15 a.m. CT on Tuesday, Sept. 27, in New York City.
The presentation will be web cast live, and interested parties may access the presentation slides and audio on the "News & Financials" section of Dynegy's web site at www.dynegy.com. A replay will be available beginning approximately 24 hours after the web cast and will remain accessible through Oct. 11, 2005.
Dynegy Inc. provides electricity, natural gas and natural gas liquids to markets and customers throughout the United States.
