Universal Communication Systems, Inc. Subsidiary AirWater Corporation Secures

Universal Communication Systems, Inc. (OTC BB: UCSY) subsidiary, AirWater Corporation company president Michael Zwebner, announced today that the company has received a new order for a container load of 129 units of the successful SOHO machines, as well as number of larger models of the AW120, AW250 and AW500 Machines.

Mr. Michael Zwebner stated: "This new sale is seen as a major breakthrough and success for the company's sales and marketing efforts in Australia. We will continue our efforts to further expand the markets, as we foresee the Australian and South Pacific markets as prime for our entire range of AirWater machines."

Mr. Brent Lobel, the company's managing director, stated from his Sydney office: "Our Company and its range of products is finally penetrating the local Australian market, and we are now selling machines to a wide range of customers for unique niche markets. The current drought conditions in Australia have forced the local market to seek out alternate water sources, and AirWater machines are perfectly placed for the current needs. We expect our market penetration to continue and increase."

The company will produce the SOHO machines in its contracted manufacturing facility in China, and supply the larger AW machines from its manufacturing plant in Israel.

AirWater Corporation designs, manufacturers and markets air to water machines of various sizes, all producing clean, clear and purified drinking water in quantities ranging from 25 liters to over 5,000 liters daily. The company has contracted manufacturing facilities in China and Israel, and also has licensed local manufacturing in India.

AirWater machines have been sold and shipped to more than 30 countries worldwide. Other subsidiaries of Universal Communication Systems, Inc. include Millennium Electric T.O.U.
