Opec Intends to Increase Daily Oil Production

Dar al-Hayat newspaper quoted UAE Energy Minister Muhammad bin Dhahin al-Hamali who said in mid-September 2005 that the OPEC countries will meet soon at OPEC headquarters in Vienna, Austria, in order to decide on increasing oil production
. The Emirates intend to increase their daily oil production by 200,000 barrels. He added that the daily oil production of OPEC member countries, including Iraq, come to 30.2 million barrels.Source: Info-Prod Research (Middle East)
