Atmos Energy Corporation to Webcast Presentation on Nonutility Businesses

Atmos Energy Corporation (NYSE:ATO) will webcast a presentation on its nonutility businesses to be held on Monday, October 17, 2005, from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. CDT. JD Woodward, Senior Vice President, Nonutility Operations, will give a detailed review of the nonutility business model and discuss areas of opportunity for future growth.
