Atmos Energy Corporation to Webcast Presentation on Nonutility Businesses

Atmos Energy Corporation (NYSE:ATO) will webcast a presentation on its nonutility businesses to be held on Monday, October 17, 2005, from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. CDT. JD Woodward, Senior Vice President, Nonutility Operations, will give a detailed review of the nonutility business model and discuss areas of opportunity for future growth. Interested parties may listen to the webcast live, as well as view the accompanying slide presentation, on Atmos Energy's website at www.atmosenergy.com.
