Intelligent Design Not a Theory
Posted on: Monday, 17 October 2005, 15:00 CDT
Scientifically speaking, intelligent design is not a theory but a hypothesis. It will never become a theory, since the essence of a theory is observable, repeatable and testable phenomena (it could be argued that intelligent design does not even qualify as a hypothesis). Until a wristwatch appears magically in front of someone, I say we should keep our scientific theories and supernatural hypotheses separate and rightfully where they belong.
