Javo(R) Beverage Company Achieves Positive EBITDA in Third Quarter 2005; Revenues Increase 249% Vs. Prior Year With $2.68 Million In Sales

Javo Beverage Company, Inc. (OTCBB:JAVO)--a leading provider of coffee and tea-based beverages to the foodservice industry--today announced financial results for the third quarter of 2005, which ended September 30th.
Total revenues for the third quarter increased 249% to $2.68 million, compared to $0.87 million for the third quarter of 2004. Revenues for the nine months ended September 30, 2005 increased 229% to $4.75 million, compared to $1.44 million for the nine months in the prior year period.
Strong sales growth allowed the company to achieve positive EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) for the first time in its history during the third quarter ending September 30th.
"Important financial milestones were achieved during the third quarter and they highlight the success we are achieving in the fast-growing commercial market for coffee and tea-based beverages," said Cody Ashwell, Javo Beverage Company's Chairman and CEO. Most recently, the company launched an extensive line of ready-to-dispense specialty iced coffee and tea beverages. These new products provide convenience stores, quick service restaurants and other high traffic food and beverage establishments a convenient way to offer their customers self-serve coffee and tea drinks using beverage stations similar to omnipresent fountain drink dispensers.
