China Says Jilin Firm Should Be Held Responsible for Water Pollution

Beijing, 24 November: China’s environment administration said here on Thursday [24 November] that a chemical plant of Jilin Petrochemical Company under China National Petroleum Corp should be held responsible for the pollution of Songhua River. The chemical plant experienced an explosion on 13 November.
