China National Petroleum to Co-Operate With Oil and Natural Gas

China Natural Petroleum Corp (CNPC) (China) plans to co-operate with Oil and Natural Gas Corp (ONGC) (India)

. In late 2005 the two companies agreed to submit a joint offer for the acquisition of Petro-Canada's stake in its joint venture with Royal Dutch Shell in Syria for USD 1 bil.
