CIDX(R) Names 2006 Board of Directors, Announces Officers

Industry trade organization focuses on improving ease, speed, cost and

security of eBusiness transactions in the chemical sector

The Chemical Industry Data Exchange (CIDX), a 20-year-old trade association and standards organization founded by the chemical companies for the chemical sector, today announced its new 2006 Board of Directors and officers.

Thomas Fannon, Director, Global Supply for Ashland Distribution, will remain Chairman of the Board for a second year. Other members of the 2006 Board are:
