Beginning of Project to Build New Factory to Process Liquid Natural Gas

A-Sharq Al-Awsat newspaper quoted a notice published in mid- November 2005 by the Qatar Oil Company and the Exxon Mobil Oil Company announcing the start of work to build the Ras Lavan 3 factory to process liquid natural gas
. Investments in this project will come to $14 billion; annual production should reach 15.6 million metric tons of liquid natural gas. It is estimated that the factory will start production during 2008.Source: Info-Prod Research (Middle East)
