List Spot for Festive Birds

CHRISTMAS birds the turtle dove and the robin are among species identified in the first stocktake of Scotland’s most important species.

The list by wildlife experts celebrates the country’s exciting array of nature.

More than two thousand animals, plants and habitats are included on the Scottish Biodiversity List.

It provides information to public bodies, including Scottish Natural Heritage.
