Gas Natural, the largest natural gas company in Spain, should win government approval for its 21.7 billion takeover of Endesa, the nation's energy regulator said
. The National Energy Commission endorsed the $25.8 billion bid provided Gas Natural fulfills unspecified antitrust conditions in its bid for the nation's biggest power company, the regulator said Tuesday. The conditions have not been made public.Source: International Herald Tribune
