Opening of Exhibition About Oil and Natural Gas Drilling

A-Sharq newspaper reported on the exhibition about oil and natural gas drilling held as part of the First International Conference on Oil Drilling held in mid-November 2005 in the Doha Sheraton Hotel
. Qatar Energy Minister Abdullah bin Hamid al-'Atiya, as well as Indian Energy Minister Shafkar Ayar and the managers of the companies exhibiting, took part in the opening ceremony for the exhibition. The paper quoted the Qatari Energy Minister who said that one hundred companies took part in the exhibition, showing new technology in drilling for oil and natural gas.Source: Info-Prod Research (Middle East)
