FELONY ARRESTS

* Elliot Thomas Jones, 20, of the 2200 block of North Beale Road, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 7:15 a.m. Dec. 30 on North Beale Road on suspicion of petty theft with a prior conviction and receiving stolen property. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

* Mark Anthony Silveira, 40, of the 1100 block of Holly Avenue, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 2 p.m. Dec. 31 in the 1100 block of Grand Avenue, Linda, on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

* Charles Patrick Clingan, 20, of the 300 block of Township Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:55 p.m. Dec. 30 in the 600 block of Queens Avenue on suspicion of making criminal threats, corporal injury to spouse, and injuring a telephone line. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

* Frank Javier Diaz, 45, of the 1800 block of Beverly Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 12:45 a.m. Dec. 31 in Marysville. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

* Steven Robert Bravo, 46, of Pico Rivera, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 2:05 a.m. Dec. 31 at F and Third streets. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

* Marty Brian Torgerson, 51, of the 1700 block of Ellis Lake Drive, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:26 a.m. Jan. 1 at Shasta Street and Colusa Avenue. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

* Frank Charles Yanez, 30, of the 3100 block of Live Oak Boulevard, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 2:59 a.m. Jan. 1 at his residence. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

* Adam Kent Harned, 21, of the 4100 block of Sanders Road, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 1:45 a.m. Jan. 1 at Nelson and California streets, Sutter. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
